How to Return an Item

3. Wait for Authorization: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping address.
4. Package the Item: Carefully pack the item. Include a copy of your invoice and the RA number inside the package.
5. Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
